Pole Vault Performance Training
The objective as to why it’s important to incorporate strength and conditioning in an athlete's training, is to increase an athlete's speed and power. In pole vaulting, athletic movements need to be performed at high speeds and explosively in order to increase power and to transfer that energy into the pole. Exercises that work on explosive movements, strength and power will significantly help with speed and jumping. These programs if performed and practiced regularly will assist and increase your pole vault performance.
These workout plans are add-ons to a season training package and must be purchased together. We are not offering workout plans outside of the pole vault training package at this time.
