CODE OF CONDUCT
Participants of Drift Motion Pole Vault club, clinics, camps, or private lessons agree to abide by the rules, policies, and code of conduct as stated here and understand your role and will do your part to ensure the best results for your personal goals.
Participants are expected to behave in a mature and responsible way, and to respect the rights and dignity of others. Drift Motion Pole Vault does not permit language or any action that would tend to hurt or to intimidate another person, including staff, or that falls below a generally accepted standard of conduct.

Any kind of hazing, bullying, hurtful teasing, racist slurs, or any kind demeaning behavior to others will not be tolerated.

Participants need to have a powerful interest in learning to become a pole vaulter or better pole vaulter.

Participants should be willing to listen and work hard while with Drift Motion Pole Vault coaches.

Participants need to be coachable and cooperative.

We are here to learn to pole vault and have fun, but we will not put up with behavior that is detrimental to you or other participants learning or safety.
DRIFT MOTION POLE VAULT POLICIES
USA Track & Field & AAU Membership
Drift Motion Pole Vault Club members will maintain a valid and current membership of USA Track & Field and AAU to participate in practice sessions, meets or programs of Drift Motion Pole Vault. If a member's USATF and/or AAU membership is not valid for the current year, then they will not be allowed to participate in any Drift Motion Pole Vault practices.
Personal Health Insurance
Drift Motion Pole Vault participants will be covered by personal health insurance sufficient to cover the costs of any injuries that may sustain while participating in pole vault practice sessions, camps, clinics, or private lessons.
Data Security and Privacy
Drift Motion Pole Vault is committed to providing the highest level of security to members. Personal information, payment information, and other data transmitted through our system are encrypted. Information that members provide to Drift Motion Pole Vault is kept in-house and not provided to any third parties.
Session, Camp, Lesson or Clinic Cancellations
Drift Motion Pole Vault reserves the right to cancel sessions, camps, lessons, or clinics due to insufficient registration or attendance, coaches' personal matters, or inclement weather conditions.
Lost/Stolen Property
Drift Motion Pole Vault will not be liable for lost or stolen items while members and/or program participants are engaged in Drift Motion Pole Vault activities. Members and guests are responsible for their own possessions. Valuables should be left at home or stored in a secured container.
Photograph and Talent Release
Drift Motion Pole Vault may photograph or video record activities involving Drift Motion Pole Vault club members, clinic or camp participants, or private/semi-private lesson participants for documentation or promotion. Through the terms of condition of this agreement, participants release to Drift Motion Pole Vault to use any photos or videos of them, and understand that we do not compensate for these images.
Cancellation or Termination
Participants must give 48 hours of notice of cancellation of the appointment date of the private lesson, semi-private lesson, clinic session, or camp, which Drift Motion Pole Vault club will work with the participants of a private lesson or semi-private lesson to reschedule the cancelled appointments.
Drift Motion Pole Vault reserves the right to terminate session(s) or membership to any participant from the club that shows disrespectful behavior or inappropriate behavior that puts themselves or other participants in danger.
Refunds
Drift Motion Pole Vault will issue a refund if a participant does not participate at any seasonal plans or monthly plans practice session, was injured, or life changing event within 14 days from the start of the season. If the participant did participate at any practice or worked out within the first 14 days of the start of the season, then no refund will be given. If the participant was injured or had a life changing event after the 14 days from the start of the season, then no refund will be given.
Camps and clinics will be given a refund if notice of cancellation is given with a minimum of 48 hours, else no refund will be given.
Private and semi-private lessons, If notice of cancellation of the appointment has been given the minimum 48 hours and if the appointment can't be rescheduled, then a refund can be given for that appointment lesson.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK, WAIVER, AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT
In consideration of being allowed to participate in pole vault practice and training with Drift Motion Pole Vault, LLC. at either of the locations that is the ("Pillows Training Center") facility located at 2200 South Valentia Street, Denver, CO 80231, Castle View High School (“CVHS”) located at 5254 North Meadows Drive, Castle Rock, CO 80109, and at Ponderosa High School ("PHS") located at 7007 Bayou Gulch Road, Parker, CO 80134, or any other pole vault practice or competition facility used by Drift Motion Pole Vault, the undersigned appreciates, acknowledges, and agrees that:

The risk of injury from participating in the activities involved in pole vault practice and associated training, including the potential for paralysis, disability, and death, is significant. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, known and unknown, present or future, direct or consequential, and whether physical, psychological, social, economic or otherwise, including all treatment, hospitalization and other care rendered to me in the event of my illness, injury, or emergent circumstances in connection with my participation in pole vault practice, training, or competition, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and I assume full responsibility for my participation and all such risks.

I agree that I have inspected the pole vault equipment and amenities at Pillows Training Center ("PTC"), CVHS, and PHS or other practice facility and have found them to be satisfactory for my participation in pole vault practice, training, or competition. I willingly agree that if I observe any unusual circumstance or significant hazard during my participation in pole vault practice, training, or competition, I will remove myself from participation and immediately bring the problem to the attention of the nearest coach or supervising adult.

I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representative and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY Drift Motion Pole Vault, LLC, the Colorado Association of USATF, USA Track and Field, Amateur Athletic Union, Drift Motion Pole Vault coaches, or any other associated coach, adult volunteer, or high school or track and field organization and their directors, officers, employees, officials, volunteers and agents, other participants, and Castle View High School property, Ponderosa High School property, and the Pillows Training Center location property that is used for pole vault practice and training or any other associated entity or individual (“Releasees”) WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, PARALYSIS, DISABILITY, OR DEATH, and all liabilities, losses, damages, claims, and causes of action (including medical expenses and attorney fees) of any nature, incurred, suffered, or associated with my participation in pole vault practice, training, or competition, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES.

LIKENESS/PUBLICITY/CONTACT CONSENT
I give my permission to Drift Motion Pole Vault to use, without any obligation to me, photographs, film footage or tape recordings that include the image or voice of me or my family for purposes of coaching, promoting Drift Motion Pole Vault programs or social media and to use with news and promotions.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
I understand that this is the entire agreement between myself and Drift Motion Pole Vault, its directors, officers, agents, and employees, and that it cannot be modified or changed in any way by the representations or statements of any employee or agent of Drift Motion Pole Vault or by me. I agree that no oral representations, statements, or inducements, apart from the foregoing written Agreement, have been made to me.
ACCEPTANCE
I have carefully read and fully understand the above conditions of membership, assumption of risk, waiver, and release of liability, and indemnification agreement, and accept the terms of membership set forth above and in the membership policy. I am fully aware that this is a legal document with legal consequences. I am giving up rights I may otherwise have.

SERVERABILITY
I understand and agree that the foregoing Assumption of Risk, Waiver, and Release of Liability Agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted under the law of the State of Colorado, and that if any portion of the Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
